Edward W. Clarke
1940-2020
Edward W. Clarke passed away at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre, Twillingate, on Sunday December 27, 2020 at the age of 80.
He was predeceased by: parents Peter and Alicia Clarke.
Ned leaves with many loving and treasured memories: spouse Ruth Chinn for over 20 years; her son Cory (Karen); grandchildren Carson and Corrina (Jonthan), great-grandchild Tristan; siblings: David (Lisa), George, Clarence (Ruby), Rose (Gordon) Jamieson and Betty (Romeo) Doucette; as well as a circle of other nephews, nieces, extended relatives and friends.
In light of the current Covid-19 pandemic, the health and safety of our families and our community continues to be our highest priority. Keeping with Ned’s wishes cremation has taken place; there will be a private memorial service with burial at the United Cemetery, Durrell. Donations in Edward’s memory may be given to the family.
